Moderne Semolerie's laboratory is equipped with a team of accredited professionals and state-of-the-art machinery 

Raw material and finished product

The laboratory continuously performs a wide range of analysis on both raw material and intermediate and finished products: percentage of mineral content, percentage of nitrogenous substances, moisture, color, grain size, Gluten quantity and quality. The laboratory has kits with elisa method for the determination of mycotoxins and Soy allergen.
