Before becoming semolina, the grain of wheat makes a journey inside the mill that is the result of centuries of history and contemporary knowledge

Wheat

Durum wheat is unloaded and stored at the plant's silos

Water

The grain is soaked and left to rest

Decortication

After resting, the grain is husked to remove the outermost part, going into milling in its purest form

Grinding

At this point the grain is perfect, healthy and ready to be ground and thus processed into semolina
